Supermarkets Issue Widespread Recalls Across Food, Tech, and Toys

Multiple UK supermarkets have active product recalls on their websites, totalling 89 items. The recalls cover food, technology, and toys due to health and safety concerns. Affected retailers include Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Asda, Lidl, Waitrose, and M&S. Co-op and Aldi are the only major supermarkets without current recalls listed.

Food recalls often result from cross-contamination or undeclared allergens, while tech recalls typically address fire or explosion risks. Toy recalls frequently involve choking hazards or harmful materials. Customers can return recalled items to the store for a full refund, with or without a receipt.
