Kingscroft Construction Limited, a Staffordshire-based building firm claiming 35 years of industry experience, has plunged into liquidation. The company, incorporated on June 27, 2005, had been in business for nearly 21 years before entering Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on June 18, 2026.

Company's Claims of Excellence

The company's website had boasted: "We can help you add a bespoke extension to your house or we can build a complete project from new. Our company policy is to provide a second to none service to each of our customers ensuring that every project is completed on time and to complete client satisfaction." It also stated: "We work closely with our clients to ensure that we understand your requirements completely and that you understand exactly what we need to do to achieve them."

Liquidation Details

Joint liquidators Mustafa Abdulali and Neil Dingley of Moore Recovery Limited were appointed to handle the insolvency. According to Companies House, the company had overdue statements prior to entering liquidation. Before its collapse, Kingscroft Construction provided building restorations, complete new builds, and extensions in Stafford, Cannock, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas, describing itself as "the premier building company providing a high standard of design and construction."
