Your Move franchisee Oliver Hurren has completed his eighth acquisition in 18 months, adding 125 managed landlord properties to his portfolio. The deal sees lettings agency Your Property Solutions transfer its portfolio to Your Move Beccles.

Hurren operates four Your Move branches in Suffolk. The acquisition of Your Property Solutions adds 125 managed landlord properties to his operation. The sellers, John and Shirley-Ann Carter, are retiring from the lettings industry but will continue to run their financial services business.
Franchise expansion
This deal marks the eighth acquisition completed by Hurren's franchise in a year and a half. LSL Estate Agency Franchising supported the transaction through its Assisted Acquisitions Programme, which helps franchise partners identify potential acquisitions and provides support with valuations, due diligence and onboarding. The programme can also offer financing options for deals.
