Welsh Reform UK Leader Has Five Properties Including Sardinia Home

Reform UK's Welsh leader Dan Thomas jointly owns four rental properties in the UK and a holiday home in Sardinia, according to his newly published Senedd register of interests. The deadline for all 96 Senedd members to file their declarations has passed, revealing the property holdings and other financial interests of elected politicians.

Thomas's Property Portfolio

Thomas's declaration shows four rented residential properties in the UK: two in London, one in Oxfordshire, and one in Somerset. He also owns a family home with four acres of land in Sardinia, which is occasionally rented out. The four British properties are jointly owned with his spouse and have a combined value exceeding £76,380, generating an annual income of more than £7,638.

Thomas's home address was previously a subject of scrutiny after Nigel Farage appointed him as Welsh leader. The register requires disclosure of any property or financial interest that might reasonably be thought to influence a member's conduct or actions in the Senedd.
