The portfolio sits in an elevated position with views towards the Sound of Mull and Tobermory. The star attraction is AirShip 002, an aluminium-clad cabin that has operated as a highly successful Airbnb.

Created as a modern interpretation of a classic airship, the cabin features a curved exterior with distinctive dragonfly windows.

The ground level comprises a bedroom, a study area, and a shower room, with a balcony extending the living area. Savills notes that The PilotHouse has featured in TV productions.
The third holiday let is The Captain's Cabin, a compact coastal getaway with a nautical interior, including a saloon, a galley kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower room. It also has a private rooftop balcony. Sellers state that the cabin incorporates insulation, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove.
