Rebel Wilson has put her Sydney Harbour home on the market, sharing a glimpse of the property on social media. The actress, 42, said she is 'sad to see it go' after a meticulous renovation but will not be using it for several years due to work overseas.
'My favourite thing is probably the elevator I put in that gives you views as you go up and down,' she wrote, adding that the sunsets are 'gorgeous' and the location is ideal for boat owners with its own jetty and moorings.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located in the Sydney suburb of Birchgrove and was designed by award-winning architect Paul O'Connor. It features 180-degree harbour views, a heated mosaic-tiled infinity edge ozone pool, a jetty, pontoon and mooring.
Wilson said she will not hold open house events and directed serious buyers to her realtor. The top floor terrace offers sunset views, while the kitchen includes an arabescato marble island, dual fuel Wolf range, SubZero fridge, smoked Oak joinery and Miele dishwasher. The dining room has a Jetmaster gas fireplace.
Lighting throughout is by Atelier de Troupe, Flos, Lee Broom and Apparatus. The property is listed at approximately $9 million.
