Phil Foden Sells £3M Cheshire Mansion After Six Months on Market
Phil Foden sells luxury Cheshire mansion with cinema

Manchester City and England footballer Phil Foden has successfully concluded the sale of his lavish Cheshire property, which had been listed on the market for over half a year.

A Premier League Property Deal

The four-bedroom mansion in Prestbury, which boasts an impressive array of amenities, has been sold for close to £3 million. This final agreed price, however, represents a reduction from the initial asking price of £3.25 million. The property is now officially marked as sold subject to contract.

Foden, aged 25, vacated the Cheshire home last year, relocating to a more secluded residence in the countryside. His new home maintains a practical travelling distance to Manchester City's training ground.

Inside Foden's Former Home

The luxury property was far from ordinary, featuring its own private cinema, an indoor swimming pool, and five bathrooms. For fitness and relaxation, the house included a gym, a bar, and a hot tub. The extensive garden was equipped with family-friendly additions like a swing and a trampoline, perfect for his three children, including his six-year-old son Ronnie, whom he shares with partner Rebecca Cooke.

Foden's famous neighbours in the exclusive village included Slade’s Noddy Holder, antiques expert David Dickinson, and the family of former Man City teammate Kyle Walker, who owns the adjacent property.

Football and Further Property Moves

On the pitch, Foden's form for Manchester City this season has been stellar, earning him a recall to the England squad. He recently provided an assist in a 2-0 win against Serbia and featured in another victory over Albania, cementing England's perfect World Cup qualifying campaign.

In a related property move, another house in the same village, purchased by Foden for his mother, is also currently on the market. Reports indicate she moved out after facing abuse from Manchester United fans.

Foden's next appearance is expected when Pep Guardiola's Manchester City side travels to face Newcastle in the Premier League.
