Manchester City and England star Phil Foden has finally sold his luxury Cheshire mansion, which had been on the market for over six months. The property, featuring a cinema, indoor pool, gym, bar, hot tub, and five bathrooms, sold for nearly £3 million—a reduction from the original asking price of £3.25 million.
The four-bedroom house, located in Prestbury, also includes a large garden with a swing and trampoline. Foden, 25, moved out last year to a more isolated countryside home, still within easy reach of City's training base. He lived there with his partner Rebecca Cooke and their three children, including six-year-old Ronnie.
Neighbours of the property include Slade's Noddy Holder, antiques expert David Dickinson, and the family of former City full-back Kyle Walker, who owns the adjacent house. Another property in the same village, bought by Foden for his mother, is also on the market after she moved out following abuse from Manchester United fans.
On the pitch, Foden has impressed this season, earning a recall to the England squad. He provided an assist in a 2-0 win against Serbia and played in the 2-0 victory over Albania, which sealed England's perfect World Cup qualifying campaign. Foden will next feature for Manchester City against Newcastle in the Premier League on Saturday.
