Bancon Homes has opened a new show home at its Beatlie Woods development in Winchburgh, West Lothian, as demand continues to grow. More than a third of the 27 properties have already been reserved, with 10 homes sold so far.
Show home details
The new four-bedroom detached Larch show home, priced at £432,995, features an open-concept dining kitchen, a separate living room, premium appliances, a utility room, and French doors to a private garden. Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.
The show home is open Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm, with flexible support including part exchange available.
Location and community
Beatlie Woods is part of one of Scotland's fastest-growing communities, just 10 miles west of Edinburgh city centre and half an hour by car from Falkirk and Livingston. The development features 27 energy-efficient 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, opposite Winchburgh's new primary school and a short walk from the Union Canal.
Tony Williamson, sales director at Bancon Homes, said: "Bancon’s Beatlie Woods development in Winchburgh blends countryside living with Edinburgh access and we are pleased to have launched our stunning new show home so buyers can explore and visualise themselves moving in."
Sustainability and options
Every home includes a kitchen by Creative Designs, built-in oak-finished wardrobes in bedroom one, an electric vehicle charging point, and an air source heat pump for low-carbon heating and hot water. Homebuyers can choose from The Loch, a two-bedroom mid-terraced house at £249,995, to The Larch and The Birch, both four-bedroom detached homes with integral garages.
The development is part of the wider Winchburgh masterplan, which has won awards including a Silver Award in the Placemaking category at the national What House? Awards and Property Company of the Year at the Scottish Property Awards. When complete, Winchburgh will include at least 3,800 new homes.
