Morrisons has confirmed a £250 rule for its loyal customers that will end on June 30. This initiative, available only this month, allows shoppers to save money through the More Plus Scheme. Customers who spend at least £250 by June 30 will receive a 10% reward.
How the Morrisons £250 Rule Works
To benefit from the offer, shoppers simply need to scan their More Card each time they visit a Morrisons supermarket. Purchases can be made in-store or online, and the total spend is tracked via the Morrisons More app or the company's website. The supermarket giant states: "You can shop as little and as often as you like to build up your total, this includes any shops you do both in store and online as long as you scan your Morrisons More card with each transaction."
Tracking Your Progress
Customers can monitor their spending on the app or website. For online orders, the spend is added to the More Plus target 72 hours after delivery, while in-store transactions appear within a few hours. Morrisons emphasizes that scanning the card is essential for combining total spend across all channels.
Additional Morrisons Updates
In addition to the £250 rule, Morrisons plans to increase hourly pay for staff in October 2026. The minimum wage will rise from £13 to £13.11 per hour starting October 26. Jodie Keating, group people director, commented: "We're pleased that we can now implement the pay proposal and increase pay for our colleagues to reward them for the contribution they make to our business."
