HELLO! Homes Editor Rachel Avery commented on the couple's indoor-outdoor design: 'Their apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, meaning the view becomes artwork in itself. Taking inspiration from the outside, the couple has styled the space with a fluid indoor-outdoor theme, including pot plants and a bohemian rug that bridges the veranda and indoor living area.'
Nelson Peltz's 44,000-square-foot Palm Beach compound, 'Montsorrel,' served as the wedding venue for Nicola and Brooklyn Beckham three years ago. The Regency-style estate includes tennis and basketball courts, a large sun terrace, formal living and dining rooms, and a gym.
However, the property has faced controversy: in November, Nelson Peltz was fined $250 per day for building a padel court without approval. The fine, backdated to 30 October, continues until the court is dismantled or approved by the town council. Peltz, worth $1.5 billion according to Forbes, has yet to resolve the issue.
