Midland Bakeries Limited, a UK bakery supplier based in Walsall, has entered liquidation after more than a decade in business. Liquidators were appointed on September 10.

Liquidation details
Craig Povey and Gareth Prince, both of BTG Begbies Traynor, have been appointed as liquidators. The appointment means an authorised insolvency practitioner takes total control of the company to wind down its affairs, sell its assets, and close the business.
According to the latest Companies House documents, the business had amounts falling due within one year of £114,698 up to the end of January 2025.
