A planning application has been submitted to Liverpool City Council to convert 28 Ullet Road, Princes Park, the former home of the man who designed the Mersey Tunnels, into an eight-person House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) and a self-contained three-bedroom duplex apartment.
The application, submitted by 105 Developments Ltd, proposes a change of use to the property, with associated internal alterations, formation of lightwells and installation of a roof light.

Cadent Gas has applied to install gas meters at two properties, and Empiric Ltd has submitted applications to replace cladding at two further properties.
Flood management measures at West Derby Golf Club
West Derby Golf Club has applied to implement Natural Flood Management measures, including the re-instatement of a previously infilled pond, creation of a new pond, and channel realignment of Deys Brook.
