Liverpool are reportedly considering re-signing midfielder Tyler Morton, who rose through the Reds' youth ranks and made his senior debut under Jurgen Klopp in 2021. The 23-year-old, who was allowed to leave for Lyon in the summer of 2025 in a deal worth £15million, has impressed in France and is attracting attention from the Reds and Juventus, according to the Tutto Juve website.

Morton has made 10 appearances so far this season for Lyon, who sit second in the Ligue 1 table, two points off Paris Saint-Germain. After loan spells at Hull City and Blackburn Rovers, he did not make a single Premier League appearance during Arne Slot's title-winning season before his move to France.
The Reds are reportedly regretting letting Morton go and are seriously considering bringing him back to Merseyside. The Serie A giants are in the market for an experienced young midfielder.
Araujo loan could become permanent
Liverpool are already considering making Ronald Araujo's loan move permanent following an impressive start to his Anfield career. The 27-year-old has taken a pay cut to facilitate the move, for which the club have an option to buy for £47million should it prove successful.
Araujo's versatility has proved particularly useful to Andoni Iraola. After starting the season in the centre of defence, the Uruguay international switched to right-back, impressing in both roles. According to Mundo Deportivo, the Reds are already minded to take up the non-obligation option to sign Araujo permanently next summer.
If he continues his current form, £47m would represent a bargain. It seems the player himself is open to remaining in England after reportedly buying a house near the Reds' training ground for him, his wife and his two daughters. He is also said to be having regular English lessons with a private tutor.
