Lisa Armstrong, the ex-wife of television presenter Ant McPartlin, has reduced the asking price of their former marital home for the third time. The five-bedroom property in Chiswick, west London, is now listed at £3.2 million, down from an initial £4 million in May 2024.
The house suffered extensive damage in a fire in September 2023, which caused losses estimated at over £1 million. The blaze significantly reduced the property's value, which had previously been estimated at £7-8 million. According to a source, potential buyers have been deterred by the damage, which would require at least another £1 million to repair.
Armstrong, 49, was awarded the house as part of her £31 million divorce settlement from McPartlin in 2020. She has been renting out the property but is now keen to sell. The home includes an 80ft south-facing rear garden, a garden studio, a gym, and a games/cinema room, though photos show fire-damaged walls and floors in some rooms.
The couple originally purchased the house for £2.3 million in 2006. McPartlin, 50, has since remarried and had a child. He recently purchased a new-build property in Surrey for over £10 million.
