Lisa Armstrong has finally cut all ties with her ex-husband Ant McPartlin by selling their former marital home in west London. The make-up artist accepted an offer of £3.2 million for the five-bedroom property, which had been on the market for over two years. The sale marks the end of the last remaining link to her marriage with the TV presenter.
Details of the Sale
The couple originally purchased the house for £2.3 million in 2006. After their divorce in 2018, Lisa rented out the property before listing it for £4 million in May 2024. However, a fire in September 2023 caused over £1 million in damages, leading to a reduced asking price. The property features an 80-foot south-facing rear garden with a garden studio, a gym, and a cinema room.

A source close to Lisa said she was "delighted that the last remnants of her marriage have been finally put to bed." The sale comes after the death of her dog Hurley, which was another connection to Ant. Hurley, who was at the center of a custody battle during the divorce, passed away at age 12, leaving Lisa "beyond heartbroken." His death ended any contact between Lisa and Ant.
Background of the Divorce
Lisa divorced Ant in January 2018, two months before he crashed into two cars while over twice the drink-drive limit. He admitted to drink-driving, was fined £86,000, and received a 20-month driving ban. Ant later went to rehab and took a 10-month break from TV. He is now married to his former assistant Anne-Marie Corbett, with whom he has a son named Wilder, born in May 2025.
Lisa's Property Portfolio
Since the divorce, Lisa has built an impressive property portfolio. She reportedly received a £31 million settlement from Ant and used part of it to buy a house near Oxford for over £700,000 in 2024. She also purchased another home in west London for £3.8 million in 2020.
