Lisa Armstrong, the ex-wife of television presenter Ant McPartlin, has reduced the asking price of their former marital home for the third time, as the property continues to struggle to find a buyer. The lavish five-bedroom residence, located on an exclusive street in Chiswick, west London, was originally valued at between £7 million and £8 million before a devastating fire in September 2023 slashed its worth by more than half.

Initially listed for sale in May 2024 at £4 million, the home was taken off the market in January after a £250,000 price reduction. It returned to the market eight months later at £3.4 million, and has now been further discounted to £3.2 million. A source close to the situation revealed, 'Lisa is keen to get it sold. She has had a lot of interest, but is no nearer to selling it. The damage from the fire appears to be putting people off – it'll take at least another £1 million to put it right. She just wants to see the back of it.'
