Enhancements include increasing the property to eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, adding a guest suite with a private entrance, kitchenette, and courtyard, as well as a chef's kitchen with two islands, a home theatre, a game room, a massage room, and a gym. Jenner's new estate, also in Hidden Hills, spans 18,000 square feet and includes 15 bedrooms, an underground 12-car garage, a sports court, a swimming pool, and an underground bunker. She purchased the land from Miley Cyrus for $15 million in May 2020. The property has been a frequent subject of her Instagram updates, with recent posts showcasing a 'dream two-storey closet' featuring a curved archway and spiral staircase, as well as farmhouse-style stone walls and long rectangular windows.
Once she moves, Jenner will also leave behind her Holmby Hills home, which she bought for $36.5 million in 2020.
