Jasmine Harman, the 47-year-old presenter of 'A Place in the Sun', has relocated to Spain with her family, trading London for a new life abroad. Speaking exclusively to HELLO!, she described the move as a year-long decision aimed at improving family life. 'Family is the most important thing and this will give us a much better balance,' she said.
The property, which she immediately knew was 'the one', features a modern yet cosy living room with beige sofas, white walls, and pops of colour from soft furnishings and plants. Family photographs adorn the dresser, adding a personal touch.
The contemporary kitchen boasts a large island with barstools and industrial lighting, along with built-in appliances for a chic finish. A unique floating staircase adds personality, with family snaps displayed alongside.
Outdoor living is a highlight, with a covered terrace featuring wooden furniture and an outdoor dining table, ideal for alfresco meals. The garden includes a pool with two loungers, though Harman joked that the children may not allow much relaxation.
Harman noted the community feel, with Spanish families nearby. 'We're planning a housewarming to get to know everyone,' she added. The family's London home is now being rented out.
