Hugh Jackman and his ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness have significantly reduced the asking price of their former marital home in Manhattan's West Village. The three-storey apartment, initially listed for $38.9 million in 2022, is now on the market for $28.75 million, a discount of $10.7 million.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom property spans 1021 square metres and was designed by architect Richard Meier. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty. The home includes four ensuite bedrooms, a library, recreation spaces, a professional-grade kitchen, and a master suite on the tenth floor with a sauna, dressing rooms, and private studio.
The former couple purchased the apartment in 2008 for $21.1 million. Its sale was part of their divorce settlement, which also saw Furness buy out Jackman's share in their three-bedroom Manhattan penthouse, valued at $24 million. Jackman and Furness announced their separation in September 2024 after 27 years of marriage, stating their family remained their highest priority.
Jackman is now in a relationship with actress Sutton Foster, whom he met while starring together in Broadway's revival of The Music Man from late 2021 to January 2023. The couple made their red carpet debut in October 2025 at the Song Sung Blue premiere during AFI Fest.
