Harry Styles has reportedly acquired a fourth property on the same street in Hampstead, north London, as part of plans to create a sprawling mega-mansion. The former One Direction star, worth an estimated £225 million, is said to be converting two of his semi-detached homes into one large estate.
According to a source cited by The Sun, the 31-year-old singer has quietly bought another house on the road, which could serve as a guest house connected to the main compound. The source stated, “He has three houses on one road in Hampstead and now he has quietly bought another. Two of the homes are being converted into one mega mansion, while the third sits a way away from them and is a bit of an investment property.”
The insider added that the fourth property could be linked to the mega-mansion via a driveway and a large garden, describing the effort Styles is putting into the project as “incredible.” The Standard has contacted Styles’ representative for comment.
Styles reportedly received planning permission in April to proceed with the mega-mansion, subject to environmental conditions. Barnet Council has required the installation of hedgehog boxes, bat boxes, and two “bug hotels” to support protected wildlife. Plans for the mansion include a master suite with four dressing rooms, a private lounge, gallery space, and an indoor patio.
The singer, known for hits like “Adore You” and “Matilda,” has reportedly coordinated with neighbour Cat Deeley, who is renovating a nearby property. They have held meetings and distributed leaflets to minimise disruption for other residents. The mega-mansion is expected to be completed by October 2027.
