Situated on the corner of Argyle Street and Hope Street, the hotel offers 257 "ultra-efficient" contemporary bedrooms in one of Glasgow's most prominent city centre locations. Known for integrating technology throughout the guest experience, the rooms are designed to maximise comfort and efficiency for the modern traveller.

The marketing of the hotel presents a rare opportunity for business-minded buyers to acquire a property that is part of an already well-established global chain. According to Christie & Co, YOTEL Glasgow is being offered for sale on a price on application basis.

Senior director of hotels at Christie & Co Ed Fitch, who is leading the sale process, said: "The hotel represents a rare opportunity to acquire a significant hotel in one of the most visible Glasgow locations, with a new, modern, and well-designed product, and yet with further upside deliverable as a result of the recent brand tie-up."
Guest reviews highlight positives and noise
The hotel has received many positive reviews on Tripadvisor, with visitors praising the affordable accommodation. One reviewer wrote: "I stayed here on business for one night and it was excellent! The room is small but it's been really thought through to maximise space. The addition of a treadmill looking over the streets of Glasgow was also welcomed. I'd stay here again."
Another five-star reviewer added: "Stayed for work. Absolutely great location. Great large room. Bed really comfy and quiet room. Gym small but great and the bar and breakfast was fab. Would stay again."
However, some guests commented on disturbance from ongoing construction outside the hotel. One guest wrote: "Spacious and comfortable room, box with excellent shower, big screen tv, reclining bed. In June 2026, there was work in the street in front of the hotel, so there was a lot of noise."
Another grumbled: "Staff were friendly, centrally located. Very busy and early AM construction woke us up."
