Manchester City and England star Phil Foden has finally sold his luxury mansion in Cheshire after it was on the market for over six months. The property, which features a cinema, indoor pool, gym, bar, hot tub, and five bathrooms, went for nearly £3 million — a reduction from the original asking price of £3.25 million.
Foden, 25, moved out of the four-bedroom house last year to a more secluded home in the countryside, still within commuting distance of City's training base. He previously lived there with his partner Rebecca Cooke and their three children, including six-year-old Ronnie.
The property is located in the affluent village of Prestbury, where neighbours reportedly include Slade's Noddy Holder, antiques expert David Dickinson, and the family of former City full-back Kyle Walker, who owns the adjacent house. Another property in the same village, also bought by Foden for his mother, is currently on the market after she moved out following abuse from Manchester United fans.
On the pitch, Foden has impressed this season, earning a recall to the England squad. He provided an assist as a second-half substitute in a 2-0 win against Serbia and played the final 27 minutes in a 2-0 victory over Albania, which sealed England's perfect World Cup qualifying campaign.
Foden's next match is expected to be for Manchester City against Newcastle in the Premier League on Saturday.
