Fine & Country has expanded into Northern Ireland after agreeing a new licence with estate agency Fetherstons. The move will see Fetherstons operate Fine & Country Northern Ireland, targeting the premium residential market across the region.
Fetherstons to lead new operation
Managing director Mike Fetherston will lead the operation. Fetherstons launched in 2011 and now employs 22 people across three offices. The business covers residential sales, new homes, lettings and property management.
Under the agreement, Fetherstons will combine its local operation with Fine & Country's UK and international network. Meanwhile, the agency will continue working across the wider residential market.
Access to national and international marketing
The agreement gives Fetherstons access to Fine & Country's national and international marketing channels. As a result, the agency hopes to attract more buyers from outside Northern Ireland, with a focus on higher-value homes across the region.

Focus on premium market growth
In addition, Fetherstons said it has seen interest from buyers returning to Northern Ireland. The agency has also received enquiries from people considering relocating to the region. Initially, the business will focus on introducing clients to the Fine & Country offering while building the brand's presence across Northern Ireland's premium housing market.
