The Carlton Hotel in Mumbles has returned to the market with its asking price reduced by £100,000. The property, located on Mumbles Road, is now being marketed by Dawsons for £1.4 million.

This marks a six-figure drop from January, when the hotel was first listed for £1.5 million.
