The couple, who stepped back as senior royals in January 2020, previously had detailed bios that remained online for over four years.
Prince Harry's original biography was over 2,700 words, covering his early life, education, military service, work with Queen Elizabeth II, and charity efforts. Meghan's profile was around 1,300 words, detailing her education, charity work, and acting career, notably her role as Rachel Zane in Suits. The new joint profile begins by stating they have stepped back as working members of the Royal Family and provides brief summaries of their achievements.
The couple's new profile features a photo of them arm-in-arm on a beach in South Africa. Harry's section highlights his military tours, co-founding the charity Sentebale, and organising the Invictus Games. Meghan's shorter section mentions her acting career, lifestyle website 'The Tig', and her patronage of The National Theatre, The Association of Commonwealth Universities, Smart Works, and Mayhew.
Buckingham Palace concluded the profile with a statement from February 2021, confirming that while the Sussexes are not returning to royal duties, they 'remain much loved members of the family.' The couple are now the only married members of the Royal Family without individual profiles on the site.
