Beckhams' £70m Property Empire: Inside Their Mansions

David Beckham and his wife Victoria have built a £70 million international property portfolio, including a £22.6 million Miami penthouse and a £30 million London townhouse. The couple's real estate holdings span multiple countries, reflecting the former footballer's estimated £372 million net worth.

The Miami penthouse, located on the 59th floor of One Thousand Museum, was purchased for £17.15 million three years ago through Beckham Brand Ltd. It features five bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies overlooking the sea, and Miami's first private helipad. Residents also have access to a double-level gym, spa, infinity pool, and hair and beauty complex.

In addition to their Miami home, the Beckhams own a £30 million townhouse in London and a £6 million mansion in the Cotswolds. Their property portfolio includes over a dozen properties worldwide.

Beckham's wealth stems largely from his football career, which began with Manchester United in 1992. He earned approximately £30.8 million during four seasons at Real Madrid, and his move to LA Galaxy was reportedly worth $250 million. After retiring in 2013, he has continued to earn through endorsement deals with brands such as Adidas, Coty, H&M, and Breitling.
