Amazon has reduced the price of its latest wireless Ring Video Doorbell 2K battery model to £44.99, a drop of over 40 percent, for a limited time.
The deal applies to the newest version of the device, which includes an improved design, better quality recording and extras such as colour night vision.
Design and Installation Improvements
The latest model is thinner and less bulky than previous versions, so it blends in better when mounted on a front door. Amazon has also made it easier to install yourself, and the device can be removed quickly using the bundled unclip tool. This reduces hassle when the battery runs dry and needs recharging.
Other features include 2K recordings with 6X zoom for getting up close when events occur on a driveway, true colour with Night Vision for better images after dark, and privacy zones to stop the camera recording in certain areas. Two-way talk is also included, allowing users to chat with whoever has pressed the bell.
Colour Options and Bundle Offers
The doorbell comes in three colours: Speckled Grey, Matte Mocha and Speckled White. The price cut is available for a limited time only.
Amazon is also offering bundle deals. A Ring Doorbell with an indoor camera is available for £54.99, a 54 percent saving off the standard £119.98 price. A doorbell with a chime, usually £109.98, is also reduced to £54.99, saving 50 percent. A doorbell with a camera and Echo Dot speaker is priced at £64.99.
