A UK ticket-holder has come forward to claim the £111.7 million EuroMillions jackpot after matching all five main numbers - 11, 12, 15, 38, 49 - and both Lucky Stars - 10 and 12 - in Friday's draw.
Life-changing win ranks among UK's biggest
The win ranks as the equal 14th biggest prize ever won in the country, according to National Lottery operator Allwyn. It is also the 21st prize of £100 million or more won in the UK on the National Lottery.

Fourth UK EuroMillions jackpot this year
The £111 million winner is the fourth UK player to bank a EuroMillions jackpot this year. In March, a single player took home £181 million – the third-largest in UK National Lottery history – and two UK-based winners shared a £125 million jackpot with a French player in April.
The record for the largest EuroMillions prize for a UK player stands at £195.7 million, won in July 2022 by a ticket holder who remains anonymous.
September jackpot streak continues
The win follows another Lotto player's £5.8 million jackpot in yesterday's draw. It is the third jackpot so far in September, after a £12 million win in the draw on September 12, three days after one player scooped £7.8 million.
