Swansea City completed their pre-season schedule with a 1-0 victory over Spanish side Leganes, with Joseph Opoku scoring the only goal just before half-time.

- Lawrence Vigouroux – 7: Had little to do for most of the match, but produced a brilliant save late on to deny Iranzo.
- Josh Key – 6: Made a couple of decent interventions early and looked to have bulked up over the summer. A fairly solid outing.
- Filip Lissah – 7: Looked very comfortable on the right side of the centre-back pairing. Played a couple of really nice passes. Substituted.
- Cameron Burgess (c) – 6: Looked a little shaky at times but did his job reasonably well overall. Substituted.
- Josh Tymon: Played some good balls forward and was typically solid defensively.
- Marko Stamenic – 7 (Star man): Forced a good save early on and looked really sharp at the base of midfield for much of the afternoon. Substituted.
- Melker Widell – 6: Worked hard in the middle and won a couple of useful fouls. Linked up with others. Fairly solid. Substituted.
- Moussa Yeo – 6: Showed promise in the opening 20 minutes and produced a fine recovery run to keep Leganes at bay. There is more to come. Substituted.
- Elijah Just – 7: Fired a good early chance just wide and covered so much ground. A really energetic presence in the middle, drifting out wide at times. Substituted.
- Joseph Opoku – 7: Had a couple of clumsy touches initially, expected given this was only his second game, but grew into it and finished nicely for his goal.
- Adam Idah – 7: His leg-work created the goal and his lay-off for Just yielded another early chance. Did not look like scoring himself but was a very useful outlet. Substituted.
