Simon Jordan has alleged that something was not right with Anthony Joshua's fight against Kristian Prenga. The talkSPORT presenter said after Joshua knocked out his opponent in the second round that he was "not having that."
Joshua Recovers from Two Knockdowns
Anthony Joshua was dropped twice in the opening round by Kristian Prenga before the former two-time heavyweight champion knocked out his opponent minutes later. Joshua got off the canvas twice and then knocked out Prenga, with referee Luis Pabon waving off the fight.
Jordan, 58, highlighted how Prenga twice dropped Joshua, setting the tone for three minutes before being totally different in the second round. The former Crystal Palace owner alleged that it was "all designed to rinse the maximum amount of money."

His statement split boxing fans on social media. One replied: "AJ took an uppercut (by a fighter with 20 KO wins) Little rusty and came back. His jab clearly warned off Prenga and did some damage before the knockout Not everything has to be a conspiracy."
Another added: "Simon we get you hate these gimmick fights that has money as the main motivator but what are you even on about. Prenga tried his best to get him out of there in round 1. AJ just started letting his hands go in the. 2nd, that’s what changed it."
Quoting the post, another user said: "Everything is conspiracy to people these days. Because the best time to fix a fight is after the first round. What happened to the human capacity to think? This used to be the norm. Or did the internet just expose a frailty that was always there? The other day they said Argentina were told to lose. Lol."
However, others agreed with Jordan. A further reply said: "Prenga sh*t his boxers after battering AJ, almost like he’d been told not to win the fight." Another responded: "Yup. Prenga switched off completely. Didn't know what to do? Odd move from someone who's knocked out every opponent..."
One attempted to add evidence: "Another thing to notice Simon is how quickly AJ’s team entered the ring once AJ knocked him down before the ref called it off. That’s very suspicious."
