Olympic 800m champion Keely Hodgkinson has signed with WME Sports, the agency that represents fellow British stars Emma Raducanu and Lewis Hamilton. The 24-year-old middle-distance runner joins an elite roster that also includes two-time Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz.
WME Sports announced the deal on Instagram, welcoming Hodgkinson to the family. The Mancunian, who won Olympic gold at Paris 2024 and was crowned Sports Personality of the Year, is expected to significantly increase her earning potential under the new arrangement.
Hodgkinson's company Runway Pro, established after the Tokyo Olympics, saw its assets rise to £1.3 million in 2025. However, this remains dwarfed by Raducanu's Harbour 6 company, which recorded profits of £9.6 million in the year ending March 2023. Hodgkinson already earns approximately £1 million annually through endorsements with Nike, Avene, Omega, and Vitality.
On the track, Hodgkinson has set her sights on the outdoor 800m world record of 1:53.28, set by Jarmila Kratochvilova in 1983. After a stop-start 2025, she returned to form in the 2026 indoor season, shaving a second off the world indoor record and winning gold at the World Indoor Championships in Torun. Her personal best of 1:54.61 makes her the fastest British woman ever over the distance.
“I am so excited to build on this, my word for this year was domination, I want global domination,” Hodgkinson said after her World Indoor gold. “We have a very exciting summer with the European Championships and everything else. I have said for the last couple of years that breaking the world record is possible.”
