Role and Responsibilities
The 1900s hotel, overlooking Ullapool's working harbour and the fishing boats on Loch Broom, is seeking an experienced hospitality professional for a 12-month contract. The duty manager will lead and support the Front of House, Food and Beverage, and Housekeeping teams, ensuring guest service standards are maintained and handling feedback and complaints.
Salary and Benefits
The salary ranges between £25,000 and £26,000 per year.
