“Almost everybody wants ‘The Sunshine Protection Act’ to pass, except for Tom Cotton,” he wrote. “Call Tom on his cellphone, and let him know.”
The post, shared on Truth Social, included what Trump described as Cotton's cellphone number, encouraging supporters to contact the senator directly.
