Holly Willoughby was absent from the 2025 BAFTA Television Awards on Sunday night, marking the first time in 21 years she has no ITV programme. The 44-year-old presenter, a regular attendee, was not seen at London's Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall.
Willoughby fronted This Morning from 2009 to 2023 and hosted Dancing On Ice from 2006 until its cancellation in March. She has not publicly signed a new project with ITV. Her husband, Dan Baldwin, attended the awards but was not photographed. His company, Hungry Bear Media, produced Michael McIntyre's Big Show, which was nominated.
Last month, Willoughby paid tribute to Dancing On Ice on social media, thanking the team and crew but notably omitting former co-host Phillip Schofield, with whom she presented for 13 years. Schofield left ITV in 2023 after admitting an affair with a younger male colleague.
Willoughby recently turned down a lucrative deal to host ITV's You Bet!, with sources citing other commitments. She has branched out to host Celebrity Bear Hunt for Netflix, her first major role away from ITV.
