Kylie Jenner, 21, and her sister Kendall Jenner, 23, have come under fire after taking a private jet from Los Angeles to New York City on Friday, just three days before the Met Gala. The sisters were spotted boarding a private plane in LA and later checking into The Mark Hotel on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Kylie brought along her one-year-old daughter Stormi, who was seen in black leggings and white sneakers. The makeup mogul wore a colourful tie-dye sweatsuit, while Kendall opted for a baggy grey sweatshirt and matching pants, accessorised with a New York cap and sunglasses to hide her lack of makeup.
The trip comes ahead of Monday's Met Gala, themed 'Camp: Notes on Fashion'. Their older half-sister Kim Kardashian will also attend and is hosting an after-party with Serena Williams, Travis Scott, La La Anthony and Trevor Noah.
Critics have slammed the sisters for their private jet use, citing environmental concerns. The family is known for frequently flying private, with Kylie sharing images of the jet's interior on Instagram, including a bed with personalised pillows for herself and Stormi.
