The first three episodes of Furious, a new and 'addictive' serial killer thriller, are now streaming on Disney+. The eight-part series releases weekly on Mondays, with the finale arriving on 31 August.
The show follows FBI agent Alice Black as she hunts a mysterious female serial killer. Their parallel paths toward justice blur the line between right and wrong. The premise has drawn comparisons to Killing Eve but takes inspiration from the 1987 film Black Widow, which also centers on a female killer – though that film targets wealthy husbands. Furious adds a dark conspiracy at its core.

Created by writer Elizabeth Meriwether, known for New Girl, The Dropout, and No Strings Attached, the series stars Emmy Rossum (Shameless) as Alice Black and Lola Petticrew, a BAFTA nominee for Say Nothing. Despite not yet airing fully, the show has a perfect 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
