Owners of the affected swim vests are advised to stop using them immediately and return them to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund. The products, classified as Personal Protective Equipment, fail to meet EU Regulation 2016/425 requirements.
Next has recalled Miss Summer Dresses and Outfit Sets due to strangulation and choking risks from decorative draw cords that exceed permissible lengths. The cords may become entangled around a child's neck, posing serious hazards. Customers should cease use and return items for a full refund.
B&Q also recalled tumble dryers manufactured between January 2019 and June 2024, urging customers to unplug the appliances and contact Haier for further information. The recalls highlight ongoing efforts by OPSS to protect consumers from product-related harm.
