Peppa Pig Metrocentre Closure: Refund Details Announced
Peppa Pig Metrocentre Closure: Refund Details

Peppa Pig Surprise Party at the Metrocentre in Gateshead will close this weekend, just five months after opening. The attraction's owners have now released details on how ticket holders can get a refund.

Closure Confirmed

The immersive experience opened in March to much fanfare, with queues of children and parents on launch day. Celebrities including Scarlett Moffatt attended its official opening days later. However, bookings for dates after Saturday, August 9, were no longer available on the Surprise Party website, confirming the closure.

Refund Process

In a statement to ChronicleLive, a spokesperson said: "Guests with existing bookings will be contacted directly regarding their tickets and refunds. Further information will be available through our customer services team." The email for ticketing and general enquiries is hello@peppapigsurpriseparty.co.uk.
