Nando's has unveiled its summer menu, and customers are rushing to try a new £5.25 side dish that many are calling their 'new favourite'. The popular chicken chain, known for its peri-peri flavours, is introducing several new items aimed at tempting diners to explore bolder choices.
New Sides and Starters
Two new side dishes have been added: the Roastinas and the Chicken Chorizo starter, both priced at £5.25. The Roastinas are crispy, fluffy potatoes seasoned with smoked paprika, served with garlic aioli and a small bottle of Peri-Peri drizzle for extra heat. The Chicken Chorizo starter offers a chicken-based twist on the classic chorizo sausage, coated in paprika and garlic, drizzled with Peri-Honey. However, availability may vary, as some locations do not yet offer the starter.
Mains and Wraps
The Butterfly Burger returns with an updated recipe, featuring a new Peri-House sauce described as 'creamy, garlicky, with a sweet pickley pop'. Priced at £12.95 alone or £19.45 with two sides. Two new wraps, the Big Caesar and the Great Imitator, are available on the lunch menu for £8.50 each, served weekdays from 11:30am to 3pm.
Desserts and Drinks
Dessert options include the Ultimate Chocolate Brownie at £5.50. New beverages feature Tropical Crush and Pink Berry Crush slushies, plus Savanna Beach and Strawberry Sunset cocktails made with Absolut vodka.
The new menu was shared on TikTok by UK Newest Foods, generating excitement among viewers. Comments include: 'The chorizo!! I eat out in Nando's a lot for work...
