A food enthusiast known as 'Big Daddy B' has spent £130 on cakes from Marks & Spencer to determine which one is the tastiest. Billy D'Souza, who has over 400,000 followers across TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, shared his ratings in a recent video.
Starting with his least favourite, the Chocolate and Caramel Millionaire's cake scored a five out of ten. Billy described it as 'really moist' but 'a bit too sweet and overpowering'. The Raspberry Ripple cake received a six, with Billy noting it was 'really overpoweringly sweet' despite its 'wow factor'.
The Speculoos cake earned a higher rating, with Billy praising its 'strong spiced flavour' and balance, though he said the sponge could have been moister. The Chocolate Minibite cake scored a seven, described as 'just a chocolate cake'. The Neapolitan Ice Cream style cake received seven and a half, with Billy calling it a 'pretty good all rounder'.
The second-highest rated was the cookie-themed cake, which scored an eight out of ten. Billy said it was 'really good' and 'the layers looked banging'. His ultimate winner was the salted caramel latte cake, which he declared his favourite without giving a specific score.
