Lloyds Bank customers are reporting widespread issues with the bank's smartphone app, with hundreds unable to access their accounts. Outage tracking site Downdetector has recorded over 2,700 reports of problems today, August 26.
Users report error message and fund access issues
When trying to log in, customers are seeing the message: “Sorry, we're having a few technical problems. Logging in again may fix the issue, but if this doesn't help, please try again later. (500)”
Some users have taken to social media to vent their frustration, with one saying they “can’t even access my funds.”
