Shoppers at Iceland are being offered the chance to pick up 10 frozen items for just 10p each, but there are only days left to take advantage. The supermarket has sent selected customers a special discount code which can be used to get the cut-price food.
How the deal works
The deal allows those eligible to choose 10 frozen favourites and pay just £1 for the lot. Customers have until September 10 to use the offer, meaning anyone who has received the message will need to act quickly.
Shoppers who shared details of the deal online said the text reads: "Exclusively for you! Choose ten frozen favourites for just 10p when you enter the code 24SAVE by 10 September."
Eligibility and minimum spend
However, the bargain is not available to everybody. It appears customers need to have received the promotional text directly from Iceland to qualify, with the code 24SAVE used when placing an order.
Shoppers who received the offer have also reported that a minimum spend of £30 applies. Those wanting free delivery will need to spend at least £40. Even with the minimum spend, customers who were already planning a larger Iceland shop could add 10 frozen products for a total of just £1.
Alternative offer for other shoppers
Those who have not received the 10p offer can still take advantage of another deal currently being run by the supermarket. Iceland has a 10 for £10 Mix & Match promotion available online, allowing shoppers to choose 10 participating products for £10. Items included in that wider offer range from snacks and drinks to everyday food products.
The eye-catching 10p deal comes as households continue to look for ways to bring down the cost of their weekly food shop. Anyone who has received Iceland's promotional text has until September 10 to redeem the offer before it disappears.
