Holland & Barrett has launched a revamped loyalty app, now called H&B&Me, that rewards shoppers with 4 points per £1 spent, plus an extra 10% off own-brand vitamins, minerals, supplements, and healthy snacks in-store until September 30. The app also offers new members an instant 300 bonus points (£3 value) on their first purchase.
How the H&B&Me loyalty app works
Formerly known as Rewards for Life, the loyalty scheme has been rebranded as HandBandMe, or H&B&Me. Unlike rival schemes such as the Boots Advantage Card, which offers 3 points per £1, H&B&Me gives shoppers 4 points per £1. Once users hit 50 points, they can convert them into money-off vouchers.
The app functions as an ecosystem that goes beyond tracking past purchases, actively guiding users along their wellness journey. App members can stack the extra 10% discount with existing multi-buy promotions.
Deals and customer feedback
For example, the Holland & Barrett Iron and Vitamin C Tablets (£7.25 for 90) qualify for the extra 10% app discount and can be stacked with the current Buy One, Get One Free offer, allowing shoppers to pick up Vitamin D3 Tablets (£5.59) for free. Beauty lovers can save £4.99 on the Holland & Barrett Marine Collagen with Vitamin C (£49.99 for 180 tablets).
