The Livivo Electric Heated Blanket has been reduced from £64.99 to £31.50 at Yimbly when shoppers use the code AUTUMN10 at checkout. The discount arrives ahead of the latest energy price cap change this week.
Yimbly is an online marketplace owned by Reach Plc, the parent company of this site. The blanket is described as the 'best' by shoppers and comes in three neutral shades - blush, sand and cool grey - making it a practical addition to sofas and beds as colder weather sets in.
Features and safety
Measuring 160cm x 130cm, the Livivo blanket offers nine adjustable temperature levels, allowing shoppers to choose their preferred amount of warmth. A built-in timer can be set for between one and nine hours and includes an automatic shut-off function, while overheat and overcurrent protection provide additional safety.
Made from a soft flannel and spunlace blend, the blanket has a detachable digital controller, so it can be machine-washed when needed.

Alternatively, Lakeland has its StaySnug Grey Velvety Heated Throw for £44.99. This one costs on average 26p a day to run, the site says, and offers nine heat settings and nine timer settings, and is described as 'soft and cosy'.
Shopper reviews
The Livivo Electric Heated Blanket has been rated highly at Yimbly, however. One person said: "I have a couple of other electric blankets. The Livivo from Yimbly is the best. Good settings - even on 'low', the whole of the blanket warms up. Others are patchy. Very soft fabric and a good length plug wire. Very good value."
Another added: "Items work a treat, no problem." While a third added: "Was very surprised at how fast the delivery arrived. Also, the blanket seemed very soft and smooth. As l gave it to someone for a present, l have yet to hear what they think of it, but l am sure they will be very pleased with it."
On Amazon, one reviewer disagreed slightly and said: "These are useful, especially as the weather gets colder. The only problem is that they have a tendency to break very easily. I've gone through about five in the last couple of years."
