Like many handheld fans, this device can be used in multiple orientations: on the go, propped up on a desk, or worn around the neck with the included dock. Powerful Airflow and Customizable Settings
The fan delivers airflow speeds of up to 25 meters per second, powered by a high-speed motor that spins at up to 65,000 revolutions per minute. This translates to a strong blast of air, with five airflow settings plus a boost mode for quick cooling. Dyson has focused on better-targeting airflow with its Hushjet projection system, designed to direct air more efficiently rather than simply blowing it around.
