Costa Customers Plead for Dairy-Free Milk Options in Express Machines
Costa Urged to Add Oat Milk to Express Machines

Costa Coffee has launched a £2 iced drink promotion at its Express machines, but customers are pleading for the addition of dairy-free milk options. The offer, running throughout June, allows coffee lovers to purchase any regular iced drink for £2 from participating machines. However, many have expressed disappointment that alternative milks such as oat, soya, and coconut are not available at these self-service kiosks.

Customer Feedback on Social Media

After Costa posted about the promotion on Facebook, users quickly commented on the lack of milk alternatives. One customer said: "As soon as we can choose oat milk, this will be perfect." Another added: "Dairy-free please, then I'd buy all the time." A third commented: "Oat milk in these machines would be brilliant." A fourth asked: "Do you think you will ever consider a dairy-free milk option too in your machines?"

Costa's Response

Costa Coffee responded to the comments, apologizing for the inconvenience. In one reply, they stated: "Unfortunately, we don't offer this at the moment. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding." In another, they said: "Thank you for your suggestion. While it is not possible right now, we will share your feedback with the team for future consideration."
