The June 27 National Lottery Lotto draw offers a jackpot of £9.5 million that must be won. Under rules introduced earlier this month, players choose six numbers from 1 to 59 or buy a Lucky Dip, and the same set of numbers enters one draw played over two rounds, increasing winning chances.
Jackpot Must Be Won Tonight
The Lotto jackpot can only roll over five times before it must be paid out in the following draw. If no player matches all six numbers tonight, a rolldown will occur, splitting the entire £9.5 million among all other prize winners. This ensures the jackpot is fully distributed.
Thunderball Draw Also Tonight
In addition to the Lotto, the Thunderball draw takes place with a £500,000 jackpot. Players select five numbers from 1 to 39 and one Thunderball from 1 to 14. The Thunderball draw operates independently.
According to Camelot, the National Lottery operator, the updated rules aim to give players more chances to win. The changes were introduced earlier this month and apply to all Lotto draws.
Live Coverage Underway
