Lloyds Bank has clarified the details of a promotional offer that could see eligible customers receive a series of £15 food delivery vouchers. The guidance came after a customer inquiry on social media about when they would receive their promised perks.
How to Qualify for the £15 Monthly Vouchers
The offer is specifically for holders of a Lloyds Student Current Account. To receive the £15 Deliveroo voucher each month, customers must meet two key conditions. First, they needed to have qualified for a separate £100 cash offer by opening an account between 1 August 2025 and 31 October 2025 and paying in at least £500 during that period.
Secondly, for each calendar month from November 2025 to April 2026, the account holder must complete 20 or more qualifying debit card transactions on their Student Account. If this monthly target is hit, a £15 Deliveroo voucher will be issued the following month.
This means a student who qualifies every month could receive a total of £90 in Deliveroo credit over the six-month promotion.
When and How Will the Vouchers Arrive?
Responding directly to a customer query, Lloyds Bank provided clear instructions on voucher delivery. A spokesperson stated, "If you qualified by making 20+ debit card transactions in November, your £15 Deliveroo voucher will be sent to the email address linked to your account during December."
The bank advised customers to vigilantly check their email inboxes, including junk or spam folders, for the voucher notification this month. This clarification followed a customer confirming they had met the November transaction requirement after already receiving the £100 opening bonus.
Additional £200 Cash Switch Incentive
Separately, Lloyds is running a time-limited current account switch incentive open to a broader customer base. The bank is offering a £200 one-off cash payment to new customers who switch to a Club Lloyds, Club Lloyds Silver, Club Lloyds Platinum, or Lloyds Premier account.
To get the £200, applicants must use the Current Account Switch Service and move at least three active direct debits from their old account. It is crucial to note that direct debits set up after the switch process has begun will not count, nor will standing orders or recurring card payments.
The £200 bonus will be paid into the new account within 10 working days of completing the switch. This particular offer ends on 17 December 2025.
