The company appointed liquidators on July 13, 2026, with a formal notice published in the London Gazette on July 21. A Resolution for Winding-Up order confirms that the business will be wound up voluntarily.

The liquidation is another blow to the UK haulage industry, which has faced a difficult summer. Several other firms have also fallen into trouble in 2026:

RHA Warnings
The Road Haulage Association (RHA) had earlier predicted a rise in insolvencies in 2026. According to the RHA, almost 400 hauliers went out of business last year, with 470 affected the year before and over 500 in 2023. David Boot, RHA External Affairs Director, stated: “We're supporting members in a number of ways: providing advice and guidance on cashflow, contracts and fuel surcharge clauses; lobbying Government on the cost and regulatory pressures hitting the industry; and working across the wider supply chain to flag where pressure is building.”
