Teen Mom UK Star Chloe Patton Horror Fall 'As Painful As Labour'

Teen Mom UK star Chloe Patton has revealed she suffered a terrifying fall down the stairs that left her seeing 'white lights' and unable to hear, comparing the pain to childbirth. The 28-year-old, who has starred on the MTV reality series since 2016, required a hospital X-ray and faces a recovery period of four to six weeks.

Patton, a mother of two, shared the update on her Instagram Stories just days after the premiere of Series 13. She addressed what she called 'foot drama' after followers noticed her injury. 'I literally fell off one step. I got to the hospital for an X-ray and said I fell down the stairs, and they were like "Top to bottom?", and I was like "No, bottom to bottom, basically,"' she explained.

Pain Compared to Labour

The reality star described the agony as comparable to labour, noting her high pain threshold. 'It [the pain] was in comparison to labour. Bearing in mind my second I had decided to give birth at home with basically no pain relief, a bit of gas and air, because I know how good my pain threshold is and I don't want to take up a bed if I don't have to at the hospital,' she said.

She added: 'And no word of a lie when I fell at the bottom step I couldn't hear out of my ears. I was seeing dots of white lights, I thought I was going to faint. Thankfully the baby was in bed.'

Recovery and Medical Advice

Patton concluded her update by confessing she felt 'a little bit worried' given that the pain and swelling remained persistent. She later revealed she had consulted a medical professional who informed her the recovery process could span four to six weeks.

The incident occurred shortly after the launch of Teen Mom UK Series 13 on Paramount+. According to the season's description: 'It's been 10 incredible years of Teen Mom UK! They have grown up but so have their babies. Now our teen moms are trying to navigate having tweenagers! There are fresh starts with new houses, new boyfriends and new babies but sometimes the old issues just won't go away.'
